First time booking with us? Here's exactly what to expect — so you can arrive relaxed and ready to get the most out of your session.
Choose your service and preferred time using our online booking system. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
You'll receive a short health intake form before your appointment. It takes about 5 minutes and helps BB personalize your session.
Free parking is available directly outside the building at 219 55th Street. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit.
BB will spend a few minutes with you to understand what's going on and what you need from the session before you get on the table.
Relax — BB takes care of everything. The table, linens, and room are clean, comfortable, and calm. Your only job is to breathe.
Drink plenty of water. BB may share observations or suggest a follow-up plan. Many clients feel relief immediately — some results deepen over the next 24 hours.
Undress to your own level of comfort. You'll be draped with a sheet at all times — only the specific area being worked on is ever uncovered. Your privacy is always respected.
Sessions run 75 or 90 minutes of hands-on work. BB doesn't pad sessions with unnecessary prep time — your booked time is your table time.
Deep tissue and sports massage can involve some therapeutic discomfort, but it should never be painful. Always tell BB if the pressure feels too intense — she'll adjust immediately, no questions asked.
Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your session. Drink water. Arrive a few minutes early. If you have any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, note them on your intake form.
It happens all the time — it's actually a good sign that your nervous system is relaxing. BB takes it as a compliment and keeps working quietly.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial session fee. Life happens — just let us know as soon as you can.
